Corey & LaToya Anderson, a husband and wife team met over 15 years ago and throughout their married have developed a true passion for Real Estate. The two have tackled numerous projects over the years including working with wholesalers to acquire homes as well as leasing and flipping. LaToya and her brother Sherrod actively sell real estate as My Anderson Team, a licensed Real Estate entity in DC, MD, and VA.
Corey & A few years ago, LaToya's RE team added home staging as a complementary service to real estate listings and have seen big dividends. Seeing how impactful Home Staging was on ROI, they decided to get certified in Home Staging and add this on as a premium service. Their clients responded so well and quickly began asking them questions about designing spaces in the new homes they purchased. This propelled Corey & LaToya to also get certified in Interior Design.
